Tantra is neither a philosophy nor a doctrine, nor a religion, nor a manual to be a good lover, it doesnĀ“t care about concepts or morality, or how to define truth. Tantra reminds you that you are the vastness of the sky, the space that contains everything. It is a way of experimenting godliness and living a live full of devotion for all.
Tantra is an internal revolution, that removes all beliefs, morals and concepts of the mind, to create the internal space that one needs to conceive the infinite and timeless truth. It gives us tools for understanding and acceptance of our nature that allow us to love ourselves and others.
Tantra celebrates duality as the friction that generates life: positive-negative, light ā dark, male-female energy-matter, sex-spirit, etcā¦ When this duality is no longer a conflict where one denies the other, life becomes a joyful dance in celebration.
Tantra teaches you to expand your consciousness and embrace all aspects of your duality.
In the West, Tantra has been associated mostly with sexual practices mainly because it is one of the only mystical paths that doesnāt deny sex. Tantra neither denies nor promotes sex, simply investigates human nature as it is, without any moral assessment. A tantric loves his body, mind, heart and spirit.
His path to consciousness and joy is the understanding, acceptance, awareness of these.
We offer these two weeks of courses as a journey from our deepest physical nature to our finest spiritual consciousness.
Tantra is very rich in the techniques and vision that it offers. It is a profound healing and celebrating process for our sexual, emotional and spiritual aspects as human beings.
We will bring awareness to our breathing patterns and expand them to be able to open more up to life. Opening of the solar plexus!
We will bring awareness to our energetic patterns and expand our capacity of creating and sharing vital energy.
We will bring awareness and expand our capacity of being intimate with ourselves ,with someone else and finally with existence itself.
Understanding of the primal fears that come up when we enter intimacy such as fear of being invaded, or abandoned, fear of shame and not being good enough!!
We will practice the capacity of being present with ourselves and with others. Present in our body and in our feelings.
We will understand the intrinsic difference of male and female essence and how we are perfectly complement each other as an circular energy field that unifies sex and heart and from there opens a potential for blissfull awareness of you as One with All!
We will work with breath, emotional awareness exercises, massage, tantric meditations, dance, rituals and community work.
The course will be taught by Astiko who spend many years learning Tantra from Osho in India. (http://www.tantrawithastiko.com/en/astiko/) in Masia Cal Pau Cruset (www.calpaucruset.com), a renovated wine farm at 40 minutes from Barcelona. You can sign up for this course without any previous experience in Tantra for one week or both. You can come by yourself or with your partner (we have double rooms available as well).
