This is the largest house and consists of 3 floors; it is usually allocated to groups who wish to use the space in its totality.
On the ground floor:
You will find a 85 m2 living room and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, has American fridge with ice maker, microwave, conventional oven, steam room, dishwasher and all utensils and small appliances that make your stay feel like home.
The lounge has beautiful views of the vineyards and hills, and a fireplace for cool evenings. Up to 12 people can sit comfortably on the sofa or dining table.
First floor:
On this floor are two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa-bed. There is also a large bathroom with shower.
Second floor:
On this floor is the master bedroom, a bedroom suite (55 sqm) with a double bed, bath tub, toilet and bidet.

Our beautiful farmhouse is made up of a main building and three smaller āhousesā.As we are situated in the beautiful wine region of PenedĆØs and this area is famous for its cava (Spanish champagne), our houses are named after the various native grapes. They are fully equipped, each with private bath and kitchen, have a private balcony with panoramic views and patio or garden. There are several varieties ofaccommodation depending on the needs of our guests, we offer private rooms withdouble and shared rooms with twin beds. The houses are bright and airy,decorated in a comfortable and welcoming way, giving a nice Mediterranean flavor.
ACCOMMODATION
With three different levels, this house has two entrances, one on the patio of the big house (in case people rent that as well) and one on the west side from the garden to ensure privacy.
Living room level:
The living area faces south, with doors opening out to a private terrace (4X3 meters) several meters from the ground that provides views of the castle Sant Marti from the comfort of your hammock. The living room has a sleeping couch for 2 people and a TV with VHS player. The living room has high ceilings and a large window (2.75 meters) which overlooks the wineries and hills as well as an old āhermitageā on the west side.
This house, although attached to the large house is totally independent with windows looking out over the vineyards and surrounding hills and forests.
Kitchen and Dining table level:
Has a table that seats 4 and glass doors opening to a private area of the garden with its own dining area (12 sq mtrs) . It has an open kitchen with a microwave and an electric double stove.
Downstairs:
Reachable within 3-4 steps, and with windows overlooking the vineyards, is an area totaling 30 sq meters. It accommodates a bathroom and simple bedroom (the bedroom on this level is relatively low so not suitable for people over 1.90 meters). In addition there is a room with 2 bunk beds which is ideal for children.
Prices: between ā¬ 300 and ā¬ 1000 per week, depending on season and number of guests.
Spread across two floors, this house is smaller but no less comfortable than the others.
Downstairs:
At this level there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa-bed (30 square meters).
Upstairs:
You will find a large double bedroom with open bathroom (30 square meters).
Terrace and garden:
Adjacent to the bedroom lies a terrace with hammocks, where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast or even a glass of wine at night. There is also a patio (6Ć4 square meters) that is shared with Casa Tempranillo.
Tempranillo and Xarello houses can be rented together or separately ā when rented together they can sleep up to 11 people.
Price: between ā¬ 300 and ā¬ 900 per week depending on season and number of guests.

This is our second larger house and has an open living room with two bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor.
Downstairs:
Entering through the glass doors of the casa you will find a fully equipped kitchen and living room with two sofa-beds.
Upstairs:
There are two double rooms with private bathrooms, one with shower and one with a small bath. On request it is possible to put an extra bed in one of these rooms.
Patio:
The courtyard (6Ć4 square meters) is shared with Casa Xarello.
When rented together the two casas can sleep up to 11 people.

Alaya
The Alaya is our newly built large activity room (120 m2), in the place where the old barn was.
The word Alaya comes from Sanskrit meaning ābase or home ā; it is also the ground state of existence or consciousness, the place from which all things arise and exist. The building encapsulates our desire to offer a space allowing for the expression of who we are whilst remembering who we were ā how the use of the old barn was the storage place for seeds that were planted to bear fruit.
The building has comfortable accommodation for groups in separate beds or rooms and all the equipment to make organizing your event most comfortable.
Spread over two floors, the Alaya also has a chillout terrace on its roof with wonderful views of the vineyards of Penedes. On the ground floor there is a dining room, bathrooms and showers, a dorm with bunk beds and two twin bedrooms. On the upper floor there is a magnificent open space specifically designed without any obstructing columns so as to facilitate all kinds of activities. The floor is of natural oak which brings a lot of warmth and comfort. It has large windows that take advantage of natural light, which is enjoyed in this area most of the year and, of course, they open out to the beautiful views of the natural surroundings and vineyards. On the terrace there are large awnings giving a pleasant shade in the warmer months for outdoor activities, rest and relaxation.
