Sample Program:

• DAY 1 Exploring the Sierra Litoral (half day):

Wellcome glass of cava in Masia Cal Pau Cruset and first touchdown of the landscape. After getting recovered from your trip sunbathing by our private swimming pool, we will explore the Sierra Litoral, the mountains between the El Penedés and the plain close to the sea.

We will start our itinerary in the small village of El Castellet, which holds one of the castles with more personality in the nearby, walking through the Bosc Negre (Black Forest) close to the Pantà de Foix (a lake with humid areas with hide places where we can watch a variety of wild birds). In Summer time, we can enjoy of colorful sunsets over the vineyards before coming back to the place where we started before

• DAY 2 Route of the 4 Castles (full day):

El Penedés was during more than three centurys the border line between Al-Andalus and the Catalan Counties. Starting in the Castle of Sant Martí Sarroca, today we will walk through some of its defences visiting amongst others Castell de Sant Martí, Castell de Marmellà, El Castellot, Castell de Can Pascol and walking across Mediterranean forests and vinyeards.

We will enjoy the evening having dinner in la Masia Cal Pau Cruset and tasting Cremat hot drink under the stars.

• DAY 3 (full day in Garraf mountains):

Today we will spent the whole day hiking through the Natural Parc of Masis del Garraf a calcareuous small mountain in front of the sea with their own and characteristic vegetation. The route today will start and ends close to the sea, and we will visit old shepherd stone-huts, go through paths surrounded by ancient with stone walls, visit the phantom village of Jafre, the Buddhist Monastaire with the magic stupa in Plana Novella and back to the sea have a bath and visit a fisherman village and a Cellar build by Antoni Gaudí and have Dinner at the Masia or –optional- stay having dinner in a restaurant over the sea.

• DAY 4 (full day through Montserrat pinacles):

Today we will visit different areas of from the crowded benedictine Monastery we will walk up the solitude heigh of Sant Geroni and the impressive wall of Diables and the impressive shape of The Cavall Bernat.

In the afternoon, we will know the secret backyard of Montserrat and walk through its army of giant soldiers of stone surrounded by Mediterranean forests where Spanish wild goat and boars live. In case you would like to experience a night under the stars connecting with the energy of nature, we could stay overnight in a Ermita in the sacred mountain of Montserrat and return to the masia after breakfast

• DAY 5: Beyond el Penedes through the mountains of SiuranaToday we will explore the heart of the Prades Mountains and the landscapes starting on the beautiful village of Siurana in a wonderful and fantastic journey that has it all: views, water, cliffs, rocks and forests.

Time: 5 hours
